Federal cuts are threatening San Francisco’s emergency rooms, essential services, and economic recovery. Prop D, the Overpaid CEO Act, is a lifeline for our city that asks only the largest corporations to pay their fair share.

Get Involved

Prop D will raise approximately $300 million a year to safeguard essential services:

  • SF General Hospital

  • Mental health services

  • Programs that address homelessness

  • In-home care for seniors and people with disabilities.

Prop D only applies to the largest corporations:

  • Over $1 billion in annual revenues

  • Over 1,000 employees

  • CEO paid 100 times more than the median pay of their employees

Prop D does not impact:

  • Small businesses 

  • Homeowners

  • Renters
