Yes on D!

Federal cuts are threatening San Francisco’s emergency rooms, essential services, and economic recovery. Prop D is a lifeline for our city that asks only the largest corporations to pay their fair share.

Vote Yes on D on or before June 2!

Prop D will raise approximately $300 million a year to safeguard essential services:

  • SF General Hospital

  • Mental health services

  • Programs that address homelessness

  • In-home care for seniors and people with disabilities.

Prop D only applies to the largest corporations:

  • Over $1 billion in annual revenues

  • Over 1,000 employees

  • CEO paid 100 times more than the median pay of their employees

Prop D does not impact:

  • Small businesses

  • Homeowners

  • Renters

Strong public services mean stable customers, workers, and neighborhoods. This measure targets excessive executive pay, not local entrepreneurship.

More than half of our patients rely on Medicaid. If funding is cut, that means longer wait times, fewer services, and lives at risk.
